Product Information

Bilkont Jeans was founded as a manufacturer of Jeans; later, the range of products was gradually extended by other products made of cotton and mixed fabric.

Bilkont Jeans mainly exports DOB, Kiko and Haka trousers to European countries and the US. Their customers include purchasing associations, department store chains, vertical suppliers as well as producers of branded articles.

Production Plants

The production capacity of approx. 270,000 parts per month, which is achieved by a total of 300 employees, is distributed over the headquarters in Beylikdüzü covering an area of 5,800 m2 and the Bilkont Jeans ASB subsidiary which started business at the beginning of the year 2000. The latter has a size of 4,400 m2 and is located in the free trade area in Çorlu at a distance of approx. 100 km from İstanbul.

In order to increase the production capacity, Bilkont Jeans cooperates with outsourced production plants in Rumania and founded another company in Jordan in June 2003. ‘The sun jordan textile’ errected on an area of 5,000 m2 is going to start production at the beginning of 2004. It is planned that 250 employees achieve a production capacity of 120,000 parts per month.

Because of its location in the free trade area, Bilkont Jeans ASB has the advantage of uncomplicated processing the duty- and tax-free import and export of fabrics and trimming.
